Job Summary

The Crisis Mobile Team (CMT) Program Manager - Idaho is responsible for the oversight, administration, and operations of the Crisis Mobile Teams in the State of Idaho. This position is a local key point of contact for internal departments, community stakeholders, Magellan Healthcare of Idaho personnel, Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, and law enforcement agencies. The CMT Program Manager position requires strong communication skills and professionalism. The position requires oversight of teams to ensure CMT staff achieved target goals, are efficient in response times, and provide optimal care to individuals seeking crisis services. The position will ensure staff receive the proper training and oversight necessary. The CMT Program Manager is knowledgeable of CBI policies and procedures and provides assistance to CMT staff to ensure compliance. Each area below is defined by the specific function as it relates to the policy, process, and the governing rules set forth by Magellan Healthcare of Idaho and Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.

Skills/Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree in a field related to Business or Health Care is preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Behavioral Health or Medical field required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a supervisory or management role required
