Compensation Range: $44,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year

Job Summary:
Provides essential support to the organization. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software are key for success in this role.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Answering phone, taking messages, and directing calls.
Greet walk-ins customers and clients.
Order office supplies.
Maintain and update various office manuals.
Assist office staff as needed to maintain the office workflow.
Supporting property management staff.
Compile, manage and maintain the records on company vehicles.
Assist with workorder system as needed.
Assist with certificate of insurance compliance.
Draft correspondence as needed.
Maintain lease files and other property records per company policy.
Process tenant bill back invoices and expense reports
Knowledge and skills requirements:
Strong organizational skills, along with written, verbal communication, and customer service skills
Proficient in the use of a computer, related software, and other office equipment.
Able to multitask and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills.
Self-starter who is highly motivated and can operate with little direction.
Commercial real estate experience preferred.
Reliable transportation
