Role Overview
As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our retail properties remotely. While you'll have the flexibility to work from home, occasional travel to key areas like Baltimore, DC, and surrounding regions will be required for site visits and community engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
Property Oversight: Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of all property areas, enhancing the experience for tenants and visitors alike.
Community Engagement: Develop strong relationships within the community, representing our commitment to outstanding property management.
Financial Management: Drive financial performance by managing budgets, overseeing accounts payable, and supporting financial reporting.
Tenant Relations: Enforce lease requirements and foster positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Operational Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leasing and marketing, to support property operations and marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in commercial property management, ideally with a focus on retail properties.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with property management software (Yardi preferred).
Qualifications: A valid MD Real Estate License (must obtain within 90 days of employment) and a Bachelor's degree (preferred).
