Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality through rigorous testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Perform regression, functional, and performance testing.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide feedback from a testing perspective.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Experience in software testing or QA roles.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Proficiency with testing tools and software (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
