Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in manual software testing, with a strong emphasis on UI testing.
  • A background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports.
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like JIRA.
  • A basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and in a team.


Preferred Skills:

Experience using JIRA for bug tracking and project management.

Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Designed, developed, and maintained comprehensive manual test scripts for UI testing based on business requirements and user stories.
  • Execute detailed regression tests to ensure application stability after updates, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Perform extensive manual testing of web and mobile UIs to ensure functionality, usability, and consistency across different browsers and devices.
  • Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, and issues clearly and concisely using JIRA.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect logs.
  • Utilize knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) to ensure security features and access controls are functioning correctly.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.
  • Provide feedback on application usability and suggest improvements for better user experience.
