Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of software projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, quality standards, and timelines. Your responsibilities will encompass agile delivery, project planning, execution and oversight. Your leadership will be critical in driving the success of this IT modernization program.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of project, track progress, and ensure adherence to plan
Lead and manage software QA teams, ensuring they are motivated and productive
Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development
Set and manage expectations regarding project deliverables, timelines, and any changes in scope
Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, risks, and issues
Implement and refine Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies to improve efficiency and quality
Evaluate and implement tools and technologies that enhance productivity and quality
Plan and manage software releases, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Oversee the support and maintenance of software post-deployment, addressing any issues that arise
Ensure that delivered software solutions meet customer expectations and contribute to customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with Quality Assurance (QA), Software Quality, Testing Strategies, Test Planning
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience with the US Federal Government agency, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
Certifications in Agile, AWS, PMP
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
