Konexial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA specialist with expertise in iOS, Android, and Web testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated and UI testing and an excellent understanding of business processes and requirements. This role will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, maintain, and improve comprehensive test plans and test cases for iOS, Android, and Web applications.
Perform thorough testing (manual and automated) to identify software defects and ensure the highest quality standards.
Design and execute UI tests to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
Identify, record, document, and track bugs using appropriate tracking tools.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
Work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure continuous improvement in the software development lifecycle.
Provide regular reports on test status, defects, and overall quality metrics.
Work closely with Scrum teams to understand product features and requirements, contributing to clear and concise testing objectives.
Assist in designing and implementing system-level tests to verify functionality across various software and firmware components.
Help conduct regression testing to identify any potential issues after changes or updates to software and firmware.
Support performance testing to evaluate system behaviors under various conditions and loads.
Help analyze test results, document bugs, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Participate in Scrum meetings and learn to provide updates on QA progress and challenges.
Gain exposure to the development and implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and testing
To Land the Job You’ll Need…
2+ years of experience in QA testing for iOS, Android, and Web applications.
Understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools
Experience with UI testing tools and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication (oral and written) skills with the ability to understand and convey business technical requirements to various internal and external technical and non-technical personnel
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Extra Awesome (Not Required):
Knowledge of SQL or any programming language.
Knowledge of iOS XCTest framework.
Experience with mobile applications.
Knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API) dynamics, performance, and testing.
Knowledge and experience of regression testing principles
