The IDIQ Quality Control Manager is budgeted as a supervisor who monitors the staff and steps involved in production processes according to the government expectations, policy, procedures, and guidance.
· Design and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance along with internal company standards.
· Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits to identify deviations from quality standards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
· Analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive measures to enhance overall quality.
· Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, test results, and corrective actions.
· Generate reports to communicate quality metrics and trends to internal management and external stakeholders.
· Provide training to employees on quality control procedures and promote a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization.
· Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and certifications.
· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality control processes, technologies, and methodologies.
