Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients: Engage in a minimum of 100 calls daily or spend 1.5 hours on meaningful conversations.
Manage prospects: Organize and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.
Build relationships: Establish rapport with clients and nurture connections.
Follow up: Ensure timely responses to leads and maintain communication throughout the process.
Conduct appointments: Schedule and manage meetings, negotiating win-win solutions.
Overcome objections: Use your communication skills to address concerns and close deals.
Stay organized: Utilize our CRM system to track progress and stay on top of tasks.
Continuous learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and participate in training sessions.
Additional duties: Be adaptable and willing to take on new responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Enthusiasm: Bring a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Communication skills: Strong verbal and written abilities are essential.
Sales experience: Previous success in sales positions is preferred.
Self-motivation: Work independently and proactively to achieve goals.
Team player: Collaborate effectively within a high-performing team environment.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other technologies.
