Real Estate Attorney

KLR Executive Search Group is proud to exclusively partner with the largest full-service law firm in Central Massachusetts as they search for a Real Estate Associate. The ideal candidate will have a background representing both landlords and tenants in aspects of commercial real estate leasing across diverse asset classes. Prior knowledge of real estate acquisitions, commercial conveyancing, dispositions, zoning, and development/permitting would be beneficial (but not required to apply). This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced Real Estate team and play a major role in client-facing services. This position sits under a hybrid model out of the firm's Westborough office.

Responsibilities:

• Represent landlords and tenants in commercial real estate transactions.
• Review and negotiate property management agreements, commercial loan documents, and assist with legal issues related to property management, brokerage, zoning, municipal, and land use permitting.
• Support all aspects of leasing agreements, including negotiations, drafting, and reviewing lease documents.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and trends in the market.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in commercial conveyancing, leasing, municipal, and land use permitting preferred
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or eligibility for admission).
• Strong knowledge of leasing laws, regulations, and practices.
