Position Overview

  • Researches and schedules all company Screening Events
  • Coordinates contracts and payment of all company Screening Events
  • Responsible researching all compliance related requirements to properly run and operate the business.
  • Creates project plans for each location – owned suites, leased suites, leased parking lots and running mobile clinics/studies.
  • Fills out all required paperwork to obtain permitting/licenses
  • Coordinates any in-person meetings required to obtain permitting/licenses
  • Responsible for processing all payments for permitting/licenses
  • Responsible for tracking all licenses/permits “in process” as well as upcoming renewals
  • Renews all Real Estate related compliance items in a timely fashion
  • Works with clinics to make sure all compliance related items are properly posted
  • Regularly audits corporate files and licensures at various Care Access locations to ensure compliance with local, regional, and national laws.
  • Assist Enterprise Compliance Manager with entry-level documentation of compliance activities such as complaints received or investigations, as related to Care Access locations.
  • Assist Enterprise Compliance Manager with internal/external inquiries/audits

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Experience with Real Estate Compliance terminology.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of completely municipality licensing and permitting applications
  • Competency with SignNow
