Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service to agents
Communicate effectively with team members & agents
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations
Assist with real estate administrative tasks
Support marketing initiatives for properties
MLS Entry & keep Record of listings
Schedule Open Houses, Sign & Lockbox pickup
Order Floorplans & Virtual Staging
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Calculate Commissions
Communicate with Title Companies & Lenders
Create Escrow Letters for Under Contract Sales
Organize files
Create Opportunities in KW database

Requirements:
Previous experience in Real Estate & Data Entry role is preferred Familiarity with MLS & Excel processes is advantageous Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages is a bonus Strong organizational skills & attention to detail are essential Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is beneficial
