Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with sellers, buyers, and title companies to ensure seamless escrow processes.
Role Responsibilities
Manage 20-40+ property deals in escrow simultaneously.
Act as the primary liaison between sellers, buyers, and our title companies once properties are in escrow.
Resolve complex escrow conflicts promptly and effectively through proactive communication.
Maintain rapid communication via email, text, and phone calls.
Demonstrate autonomy and initiative in handling tasks independently, with a keen sense of when to escalate issues.
Update our CRM system in real-time with accurate escrow details for each property.
Maintain an organized personal task list and proactively communicate updates to the team.
Prepare and send time-sensitive contracts using Docusign within strict timelines.
Coordinate property access for buyers during escrow, in collaboration with our Tour Coordinator.
Exercise discretion and confidentiality in all communications with buyers and sellers.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is essential.
Comfortable handling real-time phone calls and resolving issues promptly.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
Sense of urgency in securing contracts and ensuring timely responses.
Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with Monday.com preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Expectations
Full-time availability, 10 hours per day.
On-call availability for time-sensitive matters outside regular hours, including weekends.

Contract type: 1099 independent contractor.
