Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to join our core crew, working directly with the HR Manager.


As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department with various recruiting activities, including but not limited to recruitment of new hires and employee engagement.


The Recruiting Coordinator needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, has great integrity, is a strategic thinker, is goal-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, is eager to learn, and works equally as well independently as with a team. The Recruiting Coordinator is a vital member of Endeavour’s support team. The contributions made by the person in this role will have a significant impact on the company’s ability to attract and maintain top talent, which is critical to Endeavour’s culture and success.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supported HR with full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, including posting open positions, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews.
  • Managing the recruiting process utilizing the LinkedIn Recruiter and career site platforms.
  • Maintaining the candidate interview process utilizing Monday.com.Gathering interview availability for candidates and internal managers.
  • Arranging travel, including flights, transportation, and lodging accommodations for candidates.
  • Planning and implementing special projects related to employee engagement.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties as needed.


Skills & Requirements


Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in Full-Cycle Recruiting.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required.
  • Experience with Monday.com preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Teams.
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

  • Experienced handling communications over multiple time zones.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and unquestionable integrity.
  • Shows enthusiasm for challenges, comfortable with change, and always ready to learn.
  • Savvy with computer and internet research.
