Responsibilities
Elevated Candidate Experience: Champion a friendly and positive candidate journey throughout the interview process by ensuring seamless scheduling, timely interview coordination, and professional conference room arrangements. Provide candidates with comprehensive itineraries ahead of interviews, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.
Efficient Interview Coordination: Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings flawlessly, ensuring they start and end on time. Handle inquiries about interviews from candidates and team members with professionalism and accuracy.
Technology Integration: Coordinate Zoom interviews with precision, facilitating seamless interactions between candidates, talent acquisition partners, and hiring teams. Maintain proficiency in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, to update candidate information efficiently.
Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong communication channels between internal hiring teams, candidates, and various departments through email, phone, and in-person interactions. Follow up post-interview to compile feedback and ensure a streamlined process.
Onboarding Support: Partner closely with Human Resources and IT to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new employee, contributing to a successful onboarding experience.
Project Assistance: Contribute to ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects and assist with related reporting, showcasing your versatility and proactive approach to supporting team initiatives.
