Recruiter Coordinator
Hamdan Resources is a Veteran Owned Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). We are a full-service staffing agency that focuses on providing Contract-to-Hire, Project Based, Direct Hire, and Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) to our clients Nationwide. We specialize in placing professionals in the Technology/Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, and Recruiting/HR/Administrative fields, using top recruiting resources.
We are seeking an energetic and proactive full-time Recruiting Coordinator to work in our One Loudoun location.
Reporting to the Senior Recruiting Manager, this person will be responsible for supporting a Recruiting Team, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Due to our continuous growth, this position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door and on their way to a recruiting career path.

Your Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and prepare interview materials
- Facilitate on and offsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate and prepare materials for career fairs and on campus interviews
- Enter applications and interview notes into the applicant tracking system
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Work alongside HR Associates to facilitate new hire on-boarding
- Post positions and research new advertising opportunities
- Source resumes
- Pre-screen candidates
- Additional duties and special Recruiting projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or Customer service is required
- Self-starter who understands executing with urgency, and the ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements for this position
- Knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniques
- Resume sourcing and screening skills preferred
- The ability to prioritize, manage time well, stay organized, quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
