Location: Hamilton, NJ Headquarters

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Education: BA or BS required (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational skills
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess job board candidates
• Schedule and set up candidate interviews
• Conduct preliminary interviews
• Facilitate new hire orientations
• Perform employee reviews and exit interviews
• Attend weekly staff meetings
• Handle various clerical tasks, including making photocopies, mailing, scanning, and emailing documents
