Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm, Hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in office at minimum
Location:Hillsboro, OR

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:.

• Perform high volume candidate sourcing for positions as assigned
• Plan and conduct recruitment screening calls with the team and operations managers
• Schedulecandidate interviews
• Managethe Recruitment database leading to the Employee Data Systems.
• Support in the employee on-boarding process as needed
• Keepinternal position and candidate trackersup to date and relaypertinent information to the team and management
• Hybrid working place. Requiring 3 days per week in office at minimum

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience working in recruitment
• 2+ yearsexperience working as part of a team
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc)
• Ability to work both independently and collectively with a team

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting in Semi or Manufacturing
