We are seeking a northeastern US Business Development Manager to join our team! You should have experience selling architectural products to the High-end Interior Architecture/Construction industries.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers in the high-end residential construction markets, primarily in the northeastern US.
Prospect and contact potential customers.
Develop detailed proposals for review with owner and submittal to customer.
Meet with stakeholders to answer questions and resolve issues.
Maintain communication with customers throughout the contract cycle.
Create and curate sales material and presentations.
Reach agreed upon sales targets.
Qualifications:
Existing relationships with top high-end residential and commercial interior architecture and design firms, and general contractors.
Proven track record in high-end residential construction sales, customer service, or other related fields
Experience with and understanding of Architectural, Interior Design drawings and specifications.
Ability to do take-offs, and create proposals.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Strong negotiation skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Compensation:
Base salary - negotiated.
Commission - 5% - (6-8M/yr sales target).
