About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our corporate team in Tomball, TX. As a Regional Manager, you will be crucial in overseeing and managing the operations of our regional offices, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and business success.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage regional office operations to achieve sales and service goals.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and increase revenue.
Oversee and support office managers in their day-to-day activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Analyze performance data and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the sales or service industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Willingness to travel within the region (75% travel required).
Availability to be on call and work weekends as needed.
