We're seeking a dynamic Regional Property Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of properties totaling around 2000 units across Carmel, Indianapolis, and Bloomington. As a key leader, you'll oversee Property Managers, Senior Property Managers, and Multi-Site Property Managers, ensuring each property meets or exceeds financial targets and ownership objectives.
Responsibilities
Monitor and implement expense controls to achieve operational efficiency.
Lead the annual budget process and conduct monthly financial reviews.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives and leasing strategies.
Collaborate with teams to manage capital improvement projects within budget.
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and maintain excellent owner/client relationships.
Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and development of property management teams.
Drive property performance through innovative strategies and best practices.
Participate in acquisitions, dispositions, and new construction processes as part of a collaborative team effort.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, property management, business, real estate, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in property management, overseeing large portfolios and diverse property types.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
Proficiency in financial management, budget planning, and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
High level of accountability, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
