Job Title: Regional Vice President of Homecare Operations

Location: Cleveland Region

Job Summary: Schap's Sourcing is seeking a Regional Vice President of Homecare Operations to oversee agency operations within an assigned territory. This role includes ensuring regulatory compliance, managing profit and loss, driving agency growth, implementing technology solutions, and integrating new acquisitions. The Regional Vice President will lead planning and achievement of objectives aligned with the company's mission and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and achieve company and organizational goals.
• Hire, counsel, and terminate branch-level staff.
• Support and resolve issues for branch offices.
• Fill in vacant branch positions as needed.
• Stay informed on home care regulations and standards.
• Foster interdepartmental cooperation and communication.
• Recruit, retain, train, motivate, and reward staff.
• Set and evaluate performance goals with supervisors.
• Participate in strategic planning for education, client care, revenue, and public relations.
• Manage fiscal activities, including budget negotiations and revenue generation.
• Supervise business development strategies.
• Review service quality and implement policy changes.
• Monitor documentation and reporting systems.
• Develop client care policies with stakeholders.
• Oversee care delivery and client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with laws and professional standards.
• Conduct annual agency evaluations and implement improvements.
• Review financials monthly to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor KPIs to manage outcomes.
• Take on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Health care practitioner
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in homecare or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or public administration with at least one year of supervisory experience in homecare or related field.
• Understanding of Homecare licensure and regulations.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home care.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent client relations and customer service skills.
• Effective people management and organizational skills.
