In this position as a Corporate Trainer with a global insurance company, you will be focused on implementing training plans to support new insurance advisors through their training and development. You will be leading coaching calls and classroom trainings with a full view approach from each phase of learning. Responsibilities
Inspect, monitor trends, coach, motivate and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve performance objectives, individual, and team goals
Manage virtual classroom dynamics through coaching and documenting undesired behaviors to coach for improvement. Deliver virtual training and instruction to engage and stimulate existing and newly hired employees in a manner that promotes transfer of knowledge and application of skills
As a virtual instructor you will promote retention through effective use of questioning, remote presentation, virtual facilitation skills, and by providing remote feedback and coaching that enhances performance
Create a positive virtual environment that fosters trust, openness to learning, and performance excellence
Plan and prepare for instruction that drives the appropriate virtual instructional methods, tools, and content
Remotely administer attendance and payroll records and reports
Requirements
Minimum 2 years virtual facilitator / WAH training experience, people management, and coaching / mentoring experience
Highly experienced in delivering technical training programs to employees through virtual platforms
Relevant training industry certifications preferred (state insurance license)
Minimum 2 years contact center experience, telecom or insurance programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and online learning platforms
Highly independent, competitive, and self-driven
Attentive to details
Bilingual: Spanish and English
