Our SelectLeaders' client, a family-owned and operated Commercial Real Estate Developer and Property Management company based in South Florida is seeking a Lease Administrator to support their retail assets.
Objectives:
Exhibiting a high degree of ownership over the tenant experience.
Being proficient in retail leasing and understanding different types of leases.
Being proficient in CAM Charges and CAM Reconciliations.
Being highly organized and proficient with reporting.
Helping to minimize delinquencies.
Monitoring metrics and reporting.
Responsibilities :
Prepare and review leases
Track lease expirations, renewals, and terminations.
Prepare lease amendments, modifications, terminations, extensions and promissory notes.
Setup tenants in software (including all lease data and charges).
Review monthly scheduled charges.
Manage Legal and Lease correspondence.
Conduct CAM assessments & reconciliations.
Tenant relations including executing tenant events and experiences.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of commercial leases and lease language. Including Legal aspects of commercial leases and property management.
Knowledge of billing and collections
Understanding property budgets, particularly projecting income and rent commencement.
College degree preferred and 5+ years experience in Commercial Lease Administration.
