Job Overview
We're seeking a talented Revenue Manager to join our growing team. This critical role is the cornerstone of our revenue management strategy, providing expert guidance and support to our valued clients. As a Revenue Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking full-service revenue management, with a focus on retaining and expanding our client portfolio.
What You'll Do
Foster strong client relationships while delivering top-tier revenue management services
Lead weekly revenue management meetings with clients, clearly communicating strategic vision and performance insights
Analyze market trends to develop and implement strategies that drive profitability and market share
Utilize a suite of revenue management tools to optimize pricing and inventory across all distribution channels
Conduct regular price elasticity tests and share key learnings
Compile and present weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying opportunities for growth
Proactively manage peak and shoulder periods, implementing strategic pricing and length-of-stay restrictions
Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and execute revenue optimization opportunities
Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously refine revenue management strategies
What We're Looking For
2+ years of revenue management experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry
Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
Hands-on experience with Property Management Software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Hospitality, Business, or related field)
