Description

Revenue Operations is a small, high-impact team with a mission to drive strategic and operational GTM decision-making and implement scalable infrastructure to accelerate sustainable growth. Given the strategic and operational nature of the team, we work closely with the CFO, CBO, CPO, and other executive team members to influence key business decisions.

As a member of this dynamic team, you will work on challenging business problems, drive change and innovation within the organization, and play a key role in developing strategy, process, and analytics to drive key decision-making.

We’re looking for a growth-minded individual with a demonstrated ability to quickly understand the core drivers of any business, analyze and generate insights from large and complex data sets, and then help plan, lead, and implement changes that improve overall efficiency. This role is part analyst, part strategist, part project manager, and part builder. Your primary focus will be to maximize customer adoption.

Responsibilities

You will work on highly complex problems, gain insight into the strategic and operational issues at the forefront of the minds of the leadership team, establish relationships with people across the entire company, and have executive-level visibility and a finger on the pulse of the overall business.

  • Assist in developing, reporting, and automating key performance metrics for all levels of the organization
  • Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing recommendations
  • Perform analysis to inform strategic decision-making, such as customer segmentation, funnel visibility, sales productivity, and unit economics.
  • Structure business problems into meaningful analyses and insights.
  • Structure and scale models to support go-to-market and business planning.
  • Creatively seek out and combine varied data sources to deliver recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, generate ideas, and develop business cases for profitable growth.

Requirements

Primary domain expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally at a startup, tech, or fintech. Preferably experienced in scaling startups in between $50 – $500M ARR, with customer count in the thousands
  • Superior analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills to solve complex problems across the funnel, ideally related to customer adoption initiatives: define, disaggregate, perform analysis, synthesis, and implement
  • Ability to drive results and strategic direction through strong project management and insightful analysis, and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization

Technical:

  • Salesforce reporting expert and power user; have worked with SF admins/developers and communicated requirements effectively
  • Substantial experience with model-building and proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency with various analytical techniques relevant to high-growth/high-volume business eg. pre and post-sales funnel, unit economics, churn, lifetime value, sensitivity analysis, market segmentation, NPS, customer satisfaction, tickets/support touch points, and adoption rate
