Opportunity Overview
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering product training programs that equip our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to achieve their goals. You will play a key role in helping the company achieve its sales goals by onboarding new hires, providing ongoing coaching and development, and driving overall sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on PartsBase products, value propositions, and sales techniques.
Ensure alignment of training and coaching materials to Sales Process.
Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, role-play scenarios, and rubrics.
Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
Work with sales leadership to maintain a continuous coaching environment.
Provide ongoing support and feedback to sales managers on the effectiveness of training programs.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales training.
Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in sales training or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs that result in measurable improvements in sales performance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals to achieve their goals.
Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or equivalent experience.
