Overview

The role of a Sales Agent is crucial to our organization's success as they are responsible for driving revenue through the sale of our products or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to work US hours and experience with US c-suite clients
  • Ability to understand the speaker better than themselves by active listening + ability to handle objections with ease
  • Yearn for freedom to start something and take responsibility for achieving outcomes
  • Comfortable working US hours and weekends (weekdays off)
  • Identify 50 potential clients monthly in the US market through cold calling, networking, and research.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of at least 200 qualified leads and opportunities at any given time.
  • Conduct a minimum of 10 introductory meetings and presentations per month to understand client needs and promote our staffing solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships of clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Agent or similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to effectively prospect and qualify potential customers
  • Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
