Digital, Marketing & Creative Recruiter (freelance & direct hire)
Our client, a health and wellness retail company, is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. This position is fully remote!
This position offers OTE compensation with a 60/40 split. (60% is the base "salary" and 40% is bonus compensation based on performance).
Key Responsibilities
Work with leadership to outline the Business Development and marketing strategy for the large franchise spa and beauty school target customer segments
Refine, develop and work with marketing team to create the requisite collateral needed for active pitching to new prospects
Prospect and qualify marketing leads and convert them to qualified virtual or in-person meetings
Closing the sale requires working with pre sales and posts sales customer support team to help customers through the evaluation phase, scoping and negotiating and ultimately driving a successful sale
Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system (HubSpot)
Strategize and recommend marketing top of funnel lead gen activities via digital marketing
Key metrics for success for the role will be new leads, new logos and $$ revenue closed for the two customer segments Professional Spas and Beauty Schools
Key Qualifications
Successful track record sales in the beauty and wellness space either as a business owner or in sales
Experience catering to the Professional Spa or Beauty School market a strong plus
Skincare knowledge and/or aesthetician license a strong plus point
Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and able to ramp up on using Hubspot and Shopify
