Job Description: As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plastic surgery and medical spa services. You will be responsible for coordinating various marketing and sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring operational readiness prior to procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and completion of contracts and necessary correspondence before scheduled operations.
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into appointments and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Coordinate and process payments, ensuring all financial transactions are completed accurately and timely before operations.
• Review and receive bloodwork and other required medical documents from clients pre-op.
• Manage product sales, ensuring adequate inventory levels and facilitating purchases.
• Oversee marketing efforts including social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional client service.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a marketing or sales coordination role, preferably within the healthcare or beauty industry.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within NYC, NJ, and Long Island NY as needed.
• Nextech and Zoho experience a plus.
