Summary

Metric Search have partnered with a leading EV charging solutions business to secure a Sales Director to take their business to the next level.

The business provides AC & DC Fast Chargers and a wide variety of solutions to commercial clients across the US.

The Role

As Sales Director, you are responsible for short and long-range sales, focusing on North America. Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities are:

• Lead from the front: you will lead, develop, & coach 2 sales executives to continued high performance.
• Additionally you will be responsible for expanding the team further
• Target setting: set realistic and achievable targets backed by data
• Full cycle sales management
• New business development and account management
• Sales strategy: next month, quarter, year - think ahead and drive profitability
• Travel up to 30%

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving B2B sales and high performance
• Recent history of selling EV Charging Solutions; AC, DC fast chargers etc
• Strong relationship building and management skills
• Extensive network in North America
• Experience managing CRMs and related software
• Coaching and management experience of Sales Executives/BDEs
