Job Description:

Position Overview: As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales strategy, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue goals. You will lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities to accelerate growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and market trends.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, including OEMs, suppliers, and partners.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their requirements.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and technologies. Communicate product benefits and competitive advantages effectively to customers and partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the EV battery technology or related industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of the EV industry, battery technology, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and partners.

Salary:

  • $150,000 - $170,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
