The Company:
We've partnered with a Global Payments Processor that leverages industry knowledge and cutting-edge technology, to provide customized payments solutions. They are growing an arm within their wider organisation to drive technological innovation, that transforms the way in which people pay, bank, and invest.
The role:
They are seeking a Sales Incentive Manager to join their Enterprise Team, working alongside the rest of the Sales Operations team to build out the enterprise sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization's sales compensation programs across multiple lines of business (support the design, implementation, communication, and administration of new incentive plans & recognition and rewards programs)
- Conduct budget analysis, track progress. Monitor, analyze, and report on ongoing plan activities, year-over-year merit and bonus budgets.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop solutions that support the overall sales objectives while adhering to their core compensation framework.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within the people, finance & legal teams to ensure accurate execution and processing of the plan.
- Support the Head of Sales Operations with ongoing projects.
- Manage project timelines, develop & deliver presentations, communication materials, policies, and other related tasks.
Requirements:
- +5 years of professional-level experience in designing compensation programs.
- Experience within FinTech/Payments
- Experience using a Sales Incentive Platform e.g. Xactly
- Experience using CRM tools e.g. Salesforce and Microsoft dynamics.
- Proficient in PC skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
- Strong expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, graphing, formulas, and functions.
- Exceptional mathematical abilities.
- Thorough understanding of governmental regulations related to base compensation and incentive programs, as well as company policies and operations.
