Sales Manager / VP Sales

Looking for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team in Bethlehem PA. The successful candidate, after demonstrating a solid and effective track record, will be well positioned to become an executive member of the management team of Dorst America.

Responsibilities

Assuring customer satisfaction in providing excellent support, response and coordinated involvement of all team members to make sure that that optimum solutions are offered and delivered. Maintaining current and expanding our customer base into new markets is a crucial key to our continued success.

Qualifications

·      Excellent written and oral communication skills along with being able to identify proper solutions to client’s needs.

·      Ability to work independently as well as an integrated team player, working closely with teams in US and Germany.

·      Strong strategic marketing, negotiation, and planning skills.

·      Appropriate technical background (Engineering degree a plus) and knowledge of equipment and/or related industries using compacting press technology.

·      Enthusiastic desire and ability to quickly establish credibility; understand and respond to the needs of customers and prospects with quote preparation, follow-up and long-term relationship building.

·      Experience with spare part and service support.

·      Ability and Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally).

·      Advanced time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

·      P&L experience along with project management expertise.

·      Ability to guide and mentor sales engineers.

·      Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and development needs.

·      Excellent time management skills, able to balance multiple projects and properly prioritize.
