YogaSix was established in 2012 and is the fastest growing boutique yoga company in the United States. YogaSix is a part of Xponential Fitness which is the leading curator of boutique fitness. Xponential brands also include: Club Pilates, CycleBar, Pure Barre, StretchLab, Rumble and Body Fit Training (BFT). Each studio is locally owned and operated. YogaSix Doylestown opened in May 2022 and is the largest yoga studio in the Doylestown area serving over 400 customers per month.

  • Is hungry to deliver an EXCEPTIONAL customer experience in every interaction.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.


THE SKILLS YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:


  • Minimum 2+ years of retail/service sales experience preferably in fitness, wellness or high end beauty
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, organized and very detail oriented.
  • High energy, personable, positive, coachable. A self-starter with the ability and desire to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, text and via email
  • Leadership - ability to build, coach and inspire your team.
  • Proficient with computers, studio management software, Microsoft Office products, and social media.
  • Confident in making sales and modeling the right behavior to show your team effective sales techniques.


HERE'S HOW YOU'LL BE DOING IT:


  • The Sales & Service Manager works mostly in the studio to deliver the optimal customer service experience, drive sales and ensure studio cleanliness.
  • Go out in the community to develop local business partnerships, create events with them to increase brand awareness, drive new leads to the studio and/or improve member retention.
  • Find, attend and create local events to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Leverage social media, member referrals to generate new leads.
  • Understand and coach your team how to effectively execute the sales lifecycle - from Lead to Enrollment.
  • Assist members with inquiries, handle customer service issues as they arise.
  • Sell retail merchandise.
  • You will report to the Owner and are accountable for sales and growing the membership base, retention and overall operations.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


  • Will be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car. This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations. May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
  • This position will be required to take all of the classes offered in the studio. This is important for when team members are recommending classes.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.
  • Must be able to speak English fluently, effectively hear in person and via telephone.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.


COMPENSATION & PERKS:

  • This is a full time position. Employee is expected to work 40 hours per week primarily in studio and may need to work additional hours to meet goals.
  • Bonuses will be earned for meeting goals.
