Job Details

You will manage and oversee the service order book by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for selling maintenance contracts, parts supply agreements, and transactional business, both new and existing.

Primary Responsibilities

Focus on selling and securing profitable service and parts revenue, including contractual and transactional sales.

Proactively expand service business revenue and profitability by acquiring risk-managed business.

Lead customer interactions to efficiently convert opportunities into contracts, including negotiation of high-revenue contracts and key client relationships.

Maintain knowledge of the engine install base to inform sales strategies.

Collaborate with the Legal Department to review contract terms and conditions, ensuring business risks are identified and managed within established guidelines.

Price new maintenance contracts and negotiate terms with customers.

Serve as the main point of contact for Area Managers, Service Manager, and Managing Director regarding maintenance contracts and service commercial matters.

Manage contract commercial matters and liaise with customers on liquidated damages and contractual disputes.

Provide one-off chargeable pricing as needed.

Furnish accurate financial data on service business commercial aspects to the Service Director, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Recruitment and Succession Requirements

Essential

Extensive experience in customer relationship building.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.

Experience in service and/or parts sales.

Proven experience in contract review and development.

Minimum Highschool degree

Desirable College degree.
