About the Role

Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager opening with a top independent insurance broker that offers a diversified portfolio of property and casualty, health and welfare, and consulting services. As the lead client service manager for the team, you partner closely with account executives, sales executive, and agency leaders to maintain a high level of account satisfaction and retention.

Duties & Responsibilites

Here’s a little bit about what you can expect at your desk each day:

  • Marketing cases (fully insured and self-funded)
  • Daily customer service requests
  • Employee meetings and enrollments
  • Renewal prep and marketing
  • Vendor management
  • Client meetings and presentations

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum three (3) years of group employee benefits experience in a similar agency client manager capacity
  • State insurance license
