Our client is seeking a Senior Associate for their Go-To-Market operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading private equity firm focused on software and technology investments. The candidate will be instrumental in driving growth across the portfolio companies, addressing business challenges across marketing, revenue, customer success, and product sectors. This includes managing strategic projects, coordinating with teams, and reporting progress to the board.
What You'll Do
Direct pivotal projects including CRM and marketing automation tool migrations
Manage daily standups, chase systems access, cross-departmental information
Supervise external agencies responsible for web development, SEO, digital marketing
Identify, implement and refine processes to enhance collaboration between sales and marketing teams
Conduct thorough market research and competitive landscape analysis
Oversee the use of ads platforms to maximize ROI on paid search and social media campaigns
What You Bring
Minimum of 5 years experience in hands-on GTM strategy work within management consulting, PE/VC, or Startups
Demonstrated experience managing special enterprise projects such as system migrations and integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Proven leadership and communication skills capable of managing cross-functional teams and projects
Proficiency in CRM and other sales and martech stack tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced private equity environment
Expertise in web analytics, SEO strategies, proficiency with leading advertising platforms
