Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Independently drive the day-to-day execution of client deliverables, ensuring timely and quality project completion.
• Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure project milestones are met, issues are addressed, and updates are relayed efficiently.
• Develop and present key materials such as RFP/RFI responses, pitch decks, project plans, metrics/KPIs, and status reports, emphasizing our Customer Commitment.
• Identify and address operational challenges and risks, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to cross-practice initiatives, supporting business development and promoting Eclipse's core values through teamwork and innovative solutions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with client sponsors, driving client value and reinforcing long-term partnerships through subject-matter-led, execution-focused delivery.

Qualifications:

• Have at least 4 years of work experience
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate across various levels of stakeholders.
• Have excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills and be able to effectively produce and communicate senior level presentations.
• Be self-motivated, pro-active and open to tasks outside normal responsibilities.
• Have knowledge of industry standards and best practices including AML, Data Privacy, Security, and Payments.
• Strong Finance and Risk business understanding.
• General understanding of Regulatory Reporting.
• Detail oriented with experience in data analysis, controls testing, and analytics
