Senior Cost Estimator - Position Description

ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to support our Navy customer.This position will be remote and can be anywhere in the US.

Security Clearance

Position/Job Description

General Tasking Description:

• Develops cost estimating products in support of program budget submissions, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions, sensitivity analyses, or program reviews.
• Provides Estimate at Completion (EAC) status updates associated with construction cost contracts, develops Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCE), provides validation of Navy and Industry-developed cost reduction initiatives, and collaborates with other Program Offices or team members to perform cost related studies across platforms.

Experience Requirements

• 15 years professional experience in the Cost Estimate/Cost Assessment Field.
• 15 years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding programs, Cost Estimate/Cost Assessment experience is preferred.
  
  
  

Educational & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
