As a Data Scientist you are co-responsible to get our customers on the best possible AI solutions for their use cases. This means actively proposing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Process Mining features/patterns for the product, as well as helping the customers to use the existing product features to the best. Actively scouting the questions asked in the Pega ecosystem for re-usable patterns and FAQ’s so to better enable the Pega consultants and customers.

What You'll Do At Pega

• Analyze customer data and propose Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Process Mining (PM) features for the product.
• Work with stakeholders (customer support, product owners, project manager, development team, etc.) to stay in touch with customer and product requirements.
• Work with development team s on new AI/ML features .

What You've Accomplished

• Strong track record in ability to translate business problems and data findings into Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) solutions.
• Experience with designing and implementing AI/ML models.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Data analysis and data visualization skills, using tools like R, Python or BI tools.
• Experience with using standard ML libraries, like TensorFlow, SciKitLearn, PyTorch, or similar.
• Be a lifelong learner, so you are always up to date with the latest developments
