Senior Director of Accounting & Finance

We are conducting a search for a Senior Director of Finance to oversee a team of accounting and finance professionals, responsible for the financial wellbeing and progression of a company with a rich history in the DC area, over 100 years as the top company in their industry emphasizing strong business practices with a stellar reputation for giving back to the community. This person will report directly to the CFO and be a key player in moving the company forward.

We are ideally looking for a CPA with 10+ years of solid accounting and finance experience. This person needs to be a strong leader and mentor as well as a doer to help take our client to the next level. Ideally looking for someone with at least 7 years of management experience, accounting, finance and C-Suite/Board reporting experience. This company is based in Montgomery County, but had a hybrid schedule. Impactful role at a company that has been synonymous with quality services in the Washington/Baltimore region for over a century. Great group to be apart of.
