The Senior Director of Physician Practices provides support and oversight to multiple client Directors to ensure client practices provide the highest quality services in a cost cost-effective efficient manner.

  • This position serves as the primary point person for practice management and operations management of all client practices and interfaces with client Senior Leadership on both an ad-hoc and standing committee participation basis.
  • Position provides operational management, budgeting guidance, business analysis, and the development and implementation of programs and initiatives designed to support the achievement of organizational goals and mission.
  • Responsible for coordination of organorganization-wideects and ensures that all practices and Directors are working towards common goals and standardized procedures and processes.
  • Works independently.
  • Demonstrates ability to exercise judgejudgmentcapable of mainng decisions.
  • Reports to the Senior Vice President client Associates.
