Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a robust charter school system to hire a Senior Facilities Manager in NYC.

Your new role

The job duties of the Sr. Facilities Manager will include the following:

- Oversight of multiple schools within NYC and NY State

- Develop Preventive Maintenance plans, oversee CAPEX and Facilities objectives

- Work with DOE and vendors

- Serve as primary POC for all building-related issues, State and Local regulatory matters, and communicate accordingly with internal stakeholders


What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Seasoned in both Hard and Soft Services FM- Including MEP, preventive maintenance and project work

- Should have experience with notable CAPEX projects, as this will be a bigger piece of the role

- Strong proficiency with the computer-Business writing, MS Suite

- Industry trade licenses, Bachelor’s degrees are highly preferred, as is experience working within the EDU space

What you'll get in return

Base range between $100-110K, plus bonus and benefits suite
