Senior Financial Analyst

What will your day look like?

Financial Analysis:

• Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and management of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and providing recommendations.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support various business initiatives.

Accounting Support:

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Project Management:

• Lead or participate in special projects related to financial analysis and process improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

Who are you?

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.
• Strong background in accounting, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Personal Attributes:

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
