Roles at this level are exposed to work relating to all aspects of the fund life cycle, from establishment and onboarding, to the ongoing administration, through to closure. Administration tasks are undertaken at this level but also as part of wider processes involving other team members and other service lines. There is an expectation to be able to support the team directly or indirectly based upon an experience and technical expertise, or knowledge of a specialised field.
Principal Accountabilities
To take responsibility for a portfolio of investment funds ensuring that they are in good standing from an accounting, statutory, legal and compliance perspective.
To represent a portfolio of fund clients being the first port of contact for such clients and intermediaries and thereby maintaining a defined service standard.
To produce accurate, timely and concise responses to client correspondence.
To plan effectively and schedule of work to meet management and client deadlines and to ensure profitability.
To assist in the setting up of new fund / corporate vehicles helping towards the timely completion of a new transaction.
Liaison with other teams to ensure that the client experience is seamless.
To record all time on the Company’s time recording system and ensure narrative is clear and sufficiently detailed.
Achieve financial targets as determined by management.
To attend board meetings and produce minutes as a record of the proceedings.

The Type Of Person We Are Looking For
Proven experience in Fund Administration, with experience servicing expert and/or listed funds a benefit
Knowledgeable in AML/CDD/onboarding a benefit
Studying/Qualified in Fund Administration/ICSA or CGI/ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
Proactive and forward thinking
Able to use initiative when handling tasks and be committed and driven to achieving excellence for yourself and our clients
Excellent communication skills
Assist with the supervision and development of junior staff
