Role Summary

As a Sr. Manager of Marketing at Humata, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement for our provider and payer segments.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Proven experience in marketing within the healthcare industry, particularly in SaaS or AI-driven solutions
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and product marketing strategies
  • Exceptional communication and content creation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with sales enablement and lead flow management
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing a marketing budget to achieve business goals
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategies for annual healthcare conferences and trade shows to maximize brand visibility and engagement
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn

Responsibilities

  • Provider & Payer Conference Strategy Development: Plan and execute a strategic approach to healthcare conferences such as HFMA, Becker's, & AHIP, optimizing our brand visibility and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Provider & Payer Account-Based Marketing: Implement targeted account-based marketing strategies to foster growth.
  • Support Product Marketing Strategy for Provider and Payer Segments: Execute targeted marketing campaigns for our established product line, enhancing product positioning and user engagement through refined messaging that resonates with existing and potential customers.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling marketing materials to support outbound marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence across platforms.
  • Social Presence Management: Enhance and maintain our Social profiles to reflect our market leadership and to engage effectively with the provider and payer community.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools and content needed to succeed, ensuring alignment with our marketing and product strategies.
  • Webinars and Thought Leadership: Organize and deliver insightful webinars and thought leadership content that highlights our expertise and innovation in provider and payer technology.
  • Case Study Development: Develop detailed case studies in collaboration with our customers that demonstrate the value and impact of our solutions, aiding in trust-building and customer acquisition.
  • Sales & Marketing Infrastructure Management: Set up and maintain sales and marketing infrastructure, including CRM systems, ZoomInfo, Definitive, etc.
  • Lead Flow Management: Oversee the management of lead flows, preparing detailed bios and meeting agendas to optimize sales leaders' engagements with prospects.
  • Provider & Payer Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Development: Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile to align marketing and sales efforts with market opportunities.
  • RFP Support: Support RFP compilation through coordination with Sales & Product.
  • Website Design Collaboration: Support our Humata website design in partnership with internal or external developers to reflect the Humata brand, product, and target market appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or SaaS industry marketing
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems and LinkedIn
  • Ability to travel as needed for conferences and meetings
