Senior Pricing Analyst

Our client is a global Amlaw Top 100 Firm with HQ in New York City.

The Senior Pricing Analyst will work closely with the Associate Director and Director of Pricing, and will be responsible for providing high level financial and strategic support to the practice groups.

This role is a hybrid position (2 days in office) based out of either their Downtown, Manhattan office or Washington DC office.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop budgets and fee arrangements to support the firm's overall pricing strategy
• Analyze historical and current financial data to determine best practices for success
• Model Alternative Fee Arrangements with special rate arrangements
• Propose recommendations to increase efficiency and profitability
• Create best practices as they relate to pricing and profitability
• Apply statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies
• Recommend pricing strategies that align with market trends
• Forecast revenue and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit margins and sales volumes
• Collaborate with business development and marketing departments to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies
• Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to leadership, practice groups and other areas of the firm
• Ad hoc projects and reports

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 4+ years of Finance/Pricing Analysis experience - preferably within a law firm environment
• 1+ year of Legal Pricing Experience - REQUIRED
• Advanced Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to present financial findings to non-finance staff
• Proven ability to identify and analyze issues/problems and work towards solutions

Compensation is commensurate with experience and location.
