Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager

Location: Greater Philadelphia

Summary

FPC of North Ridge has been engaged to locate a Senior Procurement Manager for a great client. This company is known for the manufacturing and distribution of industry leading products in hospitality, medical, and food service.

Responsibilities

Global sourcing of packaging and corrugate (China and Europe)

Supports development and refinement of Global Procurement strategy across operations and category management

Change management (company has been acquisitive). A portion of the role will be focused on integrating newly acquired company’s procurement ops into the centralized sourcing located within the parent company

Leverage market intelligence, anticipate industry shifts and leverage insights for negotiations and decision making

Qualification:

BS in Business, Supply Chain or related field

Strong packaging and corrugate commodity knowledge (market trends and key suppliers)

Global sourcing experience (preferably Asia)

Change management and procurement integration experience

Travel 25%

Also Considered a Plus:

MBA or Master’s level degree

Lean certification (Six Sigma Black Belt)

Previous experience with Business System deployment

Pay Range: $140,000 - $160,000
