Program Manager

SiloSmashers is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage an exciting large professional services contract with one of our federal law enforcement clients. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all contracting needs of both the client and SiloSmashers.

The program manager shall manage or direct activities by the contracted workforce and shall assist in a line capacity in managing or directing cross-organizational contractor support for one or more programs in the support of the organization. Assist with assessing, managing, and eliminating risk related to program schedule and performance.

• Ability to apply systems acquisition processes, policies, procedures, and practices necessary to develop and assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance.
• Ability to research, plan, coordinate, and brief actions in support of leadership's goal, objectives, and vision.
• Ability to work with and across executive staffs, joint staffs, commands, and agencies.
• Providing data-driven metrics and analysis to support decision-making for the organization.
• Employs all aspects of quality project management, including risk management, scheduling and cost control, quality assurance, change management and resource management.
  
  

Program Manager Qualifications

ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least twelve (12) years of complex program management experience in Government programs, projects and/or activities. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has fifteen (15) or more years of experience.
• Twelve (12) years or more of managing all facets of program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for various complex types of projects.
• Ten (10) years or more experience leading, managing, and strategic planning for an organization, as well as collaborating with agency program executes to meet agency objectives.
• Ten (10) years or more experience providing written and oral reports to executive management, customers and stakeholders regrading progress of projects.
